Joy comes with over 20 years experience in Property Management and was highly successful working in 2 prominent property management companies in Vancouver. She brings with her an extremely strong background in Rental Management specializing in Investment Properties throughout Greater Vancouver. She manages each property with the owners’ perspective in mind and an acute awareness of the goals and needs of the Landlord and the Tenant. Her desire to be completely “Hands On” translates to the maximization of asset value and an increased level of service for Advent’s Clients and their properties. Our clients will experience her outstanding and responsive customer service and communication.
Now specializing on the North Shore where she has resided for the past 14 years, she understands the unique lifestyle that affords residents and owners here. Joy will be focusing her time bringing her unique experience in Rental Property Management to North and West Vancouver.
