Rental Property Management Position Available
Title: Residential Rental Property Manager
Are you skilled at managing tenancies? Do you possess strong sales skills? Are you motivated to build a business for yourself in Property Management? Are you client driven to offer the best in customer services in the largest service industry in Vancouver? If so, this challenging opportunity could be right for you. Our company offers full rental property management services for individually owned investment suites and homes in Vancouver, Burnaby, North and West Vancouver. We are now looking to expand our service to other suburbs, Port Moody, Coquitlam, New West, Richmond etc…as well as continue to grow in Vancouver.
Duties: In your role as a Property Manager you will be developing a portfolio of rental properties through contacts provided by Advent Real Estate Services Ltd. as well as leads from outside Real Estate Agents and other advertising opportunities including cold calling on Real Estate offices and Presentation Centers. You will be building a reputation of superior service, quality tenancies and maximized rental rates in your area. You will also be advertising, showing and renting the suites you list as well as taking on all the responsibility of a Residential Property Manager (ie. emergency calls, bounced cheques, noise complaints). |
| Requirements: | Licensed in Rental Property Management (no exceptions) Real Estate Trade License (asset not necessary) Excellent knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act Strong communication and organizational skills Be able to Multi task and Prioritize Self motivated while working from home Fully functioning home office including computer, printer Knowledge of MS Office Cell phone Digital camera of good quality Professional appearance and attitude Reliable vehicle, clean driving license |

Commission Structure: This position is based 100% on Commission. We offer a great split and pay for advertising and promotional materials within our working budget; you are able to do advertising for yourself as long as it is broker approved. Any and all leads that come from Advent Real Estate Services Ltd website or other advertisings are distributed to the Property Manager(s) on an equal basis and according to area of service. All leads from Advent Real Estate Services Ltd. will be commissioned at the same rate as any other referral we do not take a finder’s fee.
