Michelle Farina is the Director and Managing Broker of Advent Real Estate Services Ltd. and is Licensed in Rental Property Management and Real Estate Trading Services. As Director and Managing Broker Michelle oversees 4 Professional Property Managers and over 450 Rentals, which consist of individually owned Condos, Houses, Townhouses and an Apartment Building. With over 14 years experience in the Real Estate Industry Michelle has a vast knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and the Rental Market in Vancouver and Lower Mainland.
