Michelle Farina is the Director and Managing Broker of Advent Real Estate Services Ltd. and is Licensed in Rental Property Management and Real Estate Trading Services. As Director and Managing Broker Michelle oversees 4 Professional Property Managers and over 350 Rentals, which consist of individually owned Condos, Houses, Townhouses and an Apartment Building. With over 13 years experience in the Real Estate Industry Michelle has a vast knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and the Rental Market in Vancouver and Lower Mainland. In 2006 Michelle opened the doors to Advent Real Estate Services Ltd. and in just over 3 years has grown the business from Vancouver to service the North Shore, Richmond and Burnaby.
