Tenancy Application Form

Guidelines for filling in the application:

1. Please fill in the application fully, we cannot approve a partially filled in application.
2. If the information does not apply to you, please specify N/A.
3. Write clearly and in black/blue pen especially if faxing the application.
4. Applications must be signed or the application cannot be processed, with your signature you are authorizing Advent Real Estate Services Ltd to perform credit and reference checks with the information that you have provided.
5. SIN numbers are not mandatory, however we may not be able to access your credit history without one and we may not be able to approve your application.
6. For roommates - you must fill in 2 separate applications, one for each person.
7. Fax or Scan and Email to the attention of the Property Manager in charge of the property.
